Welcome to THE DESTINATION PANNER. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to the availability of hotels, transport, and other travel services.

2. Payment Policy

  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour or as agreed at the time of booking.
  • Failure to make the balance payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Package Inclusions

  • Your tour package includes only the services specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary or booking voucher.
  • Any service not listed as an inclusion will be treated as an additional expense and charged separately.

4. Hotel Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel's policies.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Transportation

  • Vehicle type will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
  • The vehicle is available only for the itinerary and duration specified in the booking.
  • Extra usage, additional sightseeing, or route changes requested by the customer will be charged separately.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal and travel information.
  • Carrying valid government-issued identification.
  • Arriving on time for transfers and sightseeing.
  • Following local laws, hotel rules, and safety instructions.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy of THE DESTINATION PANNER, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Operational requirements
  • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Alternative arrangements will be made wherever reasonably possible.

9. Force Majeure

THE DESTINATION PANNER shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Strikes
  • Pandemics
  • Flight cancellations
  • Landslides
  • Road blockages
  • Government orders

10. Liability

We act as a travel organizer and facilitator for hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.

While every effort is made to ensure quality services, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or deficiencies of third-party service providers.

11. Pricing

  • Package prices are based on the rates applicable at the time of booking.
  • Any increase in taxes, fuel prices, government charges, or supplier costs may result in a revision of the package price before final confirmation.

12. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services without refund if a traveler engages in unlawful, abusive, violent, or disruptive behavior that affects the safety, comfort, or experience of others.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow,UP.

14. Amendments

THE DESTINATION PANNER reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your booking will be the one in effect on the booking confirmation date.
